Jannice Käll holds an LL.D in legal theory (2017), a licentiate degree in private law (2014) as well as an LL.M. and a M.Sc. with a focus on Intellectual Capital Management (2009).
He research focuses on constructing critical theory for understanding law in its encounters with advanced technologies. In specific she pursues such research in relation to intellectual property rights, property theory in general, cultural rights, contract law as well as in relation to rules for data protection. Käll’s theoretical interest is specifically connected to new materialisms and posthumanism as well as to critical legal theory and feminist legal theory in general.
